Анотація

Вступ. Повномасштабна війна в Україні докорінно змінила суспільні очікування щодо поведінки бізнесу, трансформувавши корпоративну соціальну відповідальність (КСВ) із переважно репутаційного інструмента на механізм забезпечення стійкості. Метою цієї статті є дослідження зміни ієрархії та функцій КСВ в Україні в умовах воєнного часу, а також виявлення змін в очікуваннях щодо бізнесу серед споживачів, суспільства та держави. Крім цього, здійснено порівняння цих процесів із траєкторіями розвитку КСВ у країнах ЄС.
Методи. Дослідження базується на поєднанні теоретичного й емпіричного підходів. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз трансформації КСВ за умов кризи. Емпіричні дані зібрано за допомогою структурованого онлайн-опитування української молоді.
Результати. Виявлено чітке зміщення пріоритетів у бік етично зумовлених очікувань. Підтримка оборони, податкова прозорість і прямий внесок у національну стійкість сприймаються як пріоритетні прояви корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. Значна частка респондентів повідомляє про посилення уваги до присутності компаній на ринку держави-агресора та висловлює готовність коригувати свої споживчі та професійні рішення відповідно до цього чинника. Водночас ставлення до стандартів ESG відображає умо-вну підтримку європейської екологічної інтеграції, що модерується економічними обмеженнями воєнного часу.
Висновки. Воєнні умови спричинили структурну перебудову корпоративної соціальної відповідальності в Україні, перетворивши її на ключовий чинник легітимності та конкурентоспроможності бізнесу. Отримані результати поглиблюють розуміння еволюції корпоративної соціальної відповідальності в умовах глобальних соціально-економічних змін і мають важливе значення для формування політики післявоєнного відновлення.
