СИНЕРГІЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ ТА БЛОКЧЕЙН У ФІНАНСОВОМУ СЕКТОРІ

В с т у п . Штучний інтелект є потужним рушієм інноваційних змін і надання проактивних послуг, який формує попит на основі використання персоналізованої інформації, яку клієнти можуть отримати у режимі реального часу. Впровадження інтегрованих рішень на базі генеративного штучного інтелекту (GenAI) та блокчейн-технологій створює підґрунтя для синергетичного ефекту на основі трансформації традиційних підходів до оброблення даних, адміністрування й управління інформаційними потоками у різних секторах економіки, зокрема й у фінансовому секторі.
М е т о д и . З метою визначення форм інтеграції та розкриття особливостей синергії штучного інтелекту та блок-чейн-технологій у фінансовому секторі застосовано сукупність методів, таких як експертний, аналізу і синтезу, ієрархії, рейтинговий, декомпозиції, мультикритеріального аналізу. Спираючись на інформацію BIS, McKinsey & Company, Deloitte розкрито переваги впровадження інтегрованих рішень на базі GenAI та блокчейн-технологій для підвищення прозорості, безпеки й ефективності фінансових операцій, а також для укладання фінансових угод. З огляду на методичні підходи МВФ, ОЕСР, Ради з фінансової стабільності, Всесвітнього економічного форуму, виокремлено напрями практичного застосування інтегрованих рішень на основі штучного інтелекту та блокчейн у фінансовому секторі.
Р е з у л ь т а т и . Представлено еволюцію штучного інтелекту у 2022–2025 рр. і визначено його основні моделі. Проаналізовано витрати від впровадження платформ штучного інтелекту в різних секторах економіки. Охарактеризовано такі основні форми інтеграції штучного інтелекту та блокчейн-технологій у фінансовому секторі: смарт-контракти, боротьба із шахрайством і кіберзагрозами, кредитний скоринг й оцінювання ризиків, автоматизація фінансових процесів, трейдинг та управління активами. Визначено переваги та ризики синергії штучного інтелекту та блокчейн-технологій залежно від сфери застосування. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності посилення інституційної готовності України до використання штучного інтелекту у фінансовому секторі. Отримані результати можуть бути використані у процесі стратегічного планування цифрового розвитку фінансового сектору в умовах посилення впливу технологічних інновацій.
В и с н о в к и . Поєднання штучного інтелекту та блокчейн-технологій створює синергетичний ефект, що виступає каталізатором інноваційних змін у фінансовому секторі, особливо в контексті безпеки, ефективності та персоналізації фінансових послуг. Інтеграція GenAI та блокчейну водночас породжує низку викликів, пов'язаних із масштабуванням, сумісністю систем та управлінням децентралізованими структурами, що потребує всебічної імплементації керівних принципів ОЕСР щодо розроблення й етичного використання штучного інтелекту й узгодженості стандартів, створення гнучкого нормативно-правового середовища.
