R e s u l t s. The article contains a scientific and applied argumentation of social responsibility of organizations in the coordinates of current socio[1]economic reality as a symbiosis of traditional approaches and new managerial tools in the context of full-scale Russian military aggression in Ukraine. The quintessence of the article is a substantiation of the ideology of social responsibility in context of realization of organizations' sustainable development goals with an emphasis on the multifaceted security component in the realities of martial law in Ukraine. It is emphasized that social responsibility in the management system, in the context of increasing challenges, risks and threats caused by the multi-vector determinants of the third decade of XXI century, can become a powerful tool for strengthening the image, reputation, brand and competitiveness of organizations at different levels, as perceived by different stakeholders.
C o n c l u s i o n s. In order to overcome new challenges and solve new problems faced by organizations under conditions of martial law in Ukraine, a set of social measures, programs and projects aimed at ensuring business continuity and tax payment; supporting the Armed Forces, mobilized employees and war veterans; introducing a safe format of life in society and guaranteeing employees social security by the employer, providing multidirectional support; meeting the needs for a safe workplace caused by wartime using hybrid formats of work organization and acceptable forms of social and labor inclusion should become an effective managerial tool.
